• If tracking information shows the order status as “Delivered”, the order shall be deemed successfully delivered.

• In cases where the customer believes the package was not actually delivered to their address, location, or possession, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided and request a Lost Parcel Confirmation.

• Soulmase Fashion will only review or process further requests after receiving a Lost Parcel Confirmation issued by the shipping carrier. Claims without such confirmation will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Soulmase Fashion is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Fraudulent Transactions & Security

• If a customer believes that a transaction or order was not authorized or placed by the customer, the customer must promptly contact us at support@soulmase.com and provide the necessary information to demonstrate that the transaction is unauthorized, including but not limited to order details, account/email information, and evidence of unauthorized payment.

• Upon successful verification, Soulmase will review and may issue a refund or take appropriate action based on the customer’s reasonable request.
